本报记者从内政部获悉，自去年3月放宽投资移民政策以来，来英国投资的欧盟以外的外国人有大幅增长。去年6至12月投资移民增加了57%,其中三成是来自中港台三地的华人。英国财政部官员表示投资移民带进的大量现金为缓解金融困境能起到积极的作用。

2011年投资移民创历史记录
2011年3月16日，英国政府公布投资移民新政策，在原用的投资100万英镑五年后可获永久居留权的政策下，增加了更多的优惠条文，如投资500万镑三年获永居，投资1000万镑两年后获永居。

Urang is pleased to confirm its attendance at this year’s Beijing Overseas Property & Investment Show.  The event is set to take place in Beijing between 15^th - 18^th September 2011 at the China World Trade Center.  It will be held in parallel to the 2011 Beijing Autumn Property Show which is one of the most popular and longest running Chinese property trade fairs.
